Well I bet in Ancient Greece when they first said that, they didn't have HFCS and processed white sugar around. If that saying is to be taken literally I guess we should have a daily dose of heroin and tree bark as well...<br /><br />So NO sugar, alcohol, or grains for me...not a drop! That's it.
